General Policy
- Return Window: You can return items within 30 days of delivery for flexibility and peace of mind.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact) to qualify for a return or refund. Bundles or Sets must be returned complete, with all original items included.
- Pricing: Returns are eligible for regular-priced items only, ensuring fairness for all customers. Unfortunately, items on sale are not eligible for returns.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: Reach out with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect and process it within 3 business days.
Refunds
- Approval Process: After inspection, we’ll notify you of the approval.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. The total processing time, including inspection, will be no more than 8 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Returns made after 30 days but before 60 days may be eligible for a partial refund.
*Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude weekends and holidays.
